This is why it’s important that we hydrate our bodies as often as possible to keep it healthy and functioning properly. Thirst is the major indication that you need to replenish your body’s water supply. Once the body loses even just 1% of its overall water content, you will start to feel thirsty. But what not everybody knows is that the first sign of thirst means that you’re already dehydrated. A good practice that you can do is to not wait until you get thirsty. Try to drink a glass of water every hour or so.
